This great bunch from The Two Hands Project (THP) came by kwartzlab today to talk to us. From left to right is:
- Paul Jehlen (from Florida)
- Jordan Bunker (from Chicago and Pumping Station: One)
- me (DW)
- Cayden Mak (Buffalo, NY)
- Bilal Ghalib (Ann Arbor, MI)
The THP is making a documentary on the emergence of hacker spaces by travelling around North America on a crazily-compressed schedule visiting various spaces and doing interviews. More after the jump...

While I was cooling my heels earlier today in Frankfurt, Germany, trying to get home from France, the THP crew were interviewing a whack of kwartzlabbers.

I got home in time for dinner and later learned that THP were still at the lab doing interviews (thanks Katchan), so I jumped in the car and caught up with the gang just in time for a Pepi's pizza run.
Cedric and I did an interview post-pizza (and with much jetlag on my part).

Cayden drove the guys over from Buffalo to here and then around 1am they all headed out toward foulab in Montreal.
This crew has fantastic energy and boundless enthusiasm for the hacker space movement and their project. It was great meeting you all. Hope to see you again soon.

Awesome
I'm glad you guys had a good time, and that you got to make it there even with jet lag DW :)
I can't wait to see the eventual movie, and would love to get a look at the rough cuts for KWartzLab.
