Good news everyone!

Ben and I just got back from a lease signing, and we have a space!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

We've leased the "Soap Factory" location at 283 Duke St E.  For those of
you who have seen it, you already know that it's going to make a great
location.

We've got keys to the building, and so we're going to be meeting
tomorrow (Sunday), starting at noon, to begin the cleanup and buildout.
If you're ready to get your hands dirty building a hackerspace, come on
out!

I'll post a bit more later, but right now I just wanted everyone to know
the good news!
