[KwartzAnnounce] Remember to turn the lights off when you leave

Hi all,

If you're the last one leaving the space, make sure to shut the lights
off.  The super mentioned to me that the lights have been on at night a
fair bit, so I thought I'd pass it on.

Also, if anyone knows who left four garbage bags full of insulation out
in the hallway, please let me know.  The super is trying to find out.
