[KwartzAnnounce] This Week's Board Meeting Moved To Friday

Due to a scheduling conflict with the much more interesting Ignite 
Waterloo[1], this week's Board Meeting is being pushed to Friday 
November 27 instead. Still at the Lab. Still at 7:30. All are welcome.

Of particular note, we will be talking about external groups, guests, 
and public events. If you have any opinions on this, and won't be able
