[KwartzAnnounce] New Member Candidate: Karl Williams

Good Evening, KwartzLabbers (again),

I'm very please to announce (again) that we have a new member applicant, 
who the Board will be voting on at the next Board Meeting (scheduled for 
Wednesday October 21): Karl Williams.

If you have any comments you would like to make regarding Karl's 
candidacy, please post them to the members' discussion list, or share 
them privately with a Director, before Wednesday. While any applicant's 
induction is up to the Board, how we vote is heavily influenced by the 
feedback we receive from you.

In cases where the Board receives little or no feedback, and we don't 
know the applicant ourselves, we will vote to postpone voting on the 
applicant's induction, and ask them to come out to more "open" events.
