[KwartzAnnounce] Reminder: Lock door and clean up

Hi all,

Just a reminder to everyone, make sure you lock the outer door in the
space whenever you enter or leave.  It's been left unlocked twice in the
last week.

Also, please don't leave any half-full cups or mugs lying around.
They're spills waiting to happen.  Please also clean up empty cups, cans
and bottles.  I know we're only in the construction phase, but we should
get used to keeping the place clean.
