[KwartzAnnounce] Submit your receipts for the Build out - Sept 17th deadline!

Hey folks, just wanted to remind everyone that if you have receipts for 
build-out materials you'd like to be reimbursed for, I need a copy of 
the original receipt (with item & tax breakdown) by next Wednesday. 
Since that's the deadline for the build-out, we won't be accepting 
anything dated past that point.

One more thing to keep in mind -- if you're still planning to purchase 
something for the build-out (paint, tools, flooring, etc), you need to 
clear that with the board by emailing me first (ben at kwartzlab.ca), we 
don't want to deny somebody reimbursement because someone else has 
already picked those materials/equipment up.

Other than that, we're getting close! Painting continues tomorrow, if 
you have a roller and a paint tray, come on by and lend a hand!
