Dear KwartzLab members,

The Board of Directors of KwartzLab Society Inc. has called a General
Meeting of the Corporation for April 29th, 2010 at 7:30 PM to be held at
the KwartzLab Offices, 283 Duke St. W, Unit 106, Kitchener, ON.

The agenda for the meeting shall be:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the Agenda
3. Remarks from the Chair
4. Termination of Michael Kowalski's membership

   Special Resolution: Recognizing that his dues are over two months in
   arrears, be it resolved that Michael Kowalski's membership in
   KwartzLab Society Inc. be terminated. Be it further resolved that he
   be given 7 days to arrange pickup of his property at KwartzLab, after
   which time it may be disposed. 

5. Adjournment

The motion in question requires a 2/3 majority to pass.  We need 10
members to be present to have quorum, so please try to show up.  It's
Non-TON that night anyways, so just show up for 7:30 if you can, we'll
have our meeting, then get on with Non-TON.  Terminating a membership is
a big deal, so we'd like to have many people involved in the decision.
