Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that there will be a General Meeting on April 29th, 2010
at 7:30 PM at KwartzLab to discuss business of the corporation.
Specifically, the agenda will be:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the Agenda
3. Remarks from the Chair
4. Termination of Michael Kowalski's membership

  Special Resolution: Recognizing that his dues are over two months in
  arrears, be it resolved that Michael Kowalski's membership in
  KwartzLab Society Inc. be terminated. Be it further resolved that he
  be given 7 days to arrange pickup of his property at KwartzLab, after
  which time it may be disposed. 

5. Adjournment

After the General Meeting, the Board will be meeting.  The agenda for
that meeting is posted here:

A few items of note: we will be talking about the plan of action for the
tool room, so if you have ideas, come to the meeting or let us know on
