[KwartzAnnounce] Final Call: Review the Health & Safety and Training/Equipment Draft Policies

Being able to bring awesome new equipment in to the space (and more 
importantly, getting interested members trained and ready to use it) 
depends on our having good health and safety policies in place.

Jessica has drafted two policies for us, and posted them for everyone to 
review and comment on:

These drafts have been available for a number of weeks now, but there 
hasn't been a whole lot discussion about them.

The Board will be voting to approve these policies later this month. Could 
everyone please take a final read of these two drafts during the next week, 
and post any concerns or questions to the members' list for discussion. If 
you are happy with the policies as currently drafted, positive feedback is 
  appreciated though by no means required.

Once we have the new Health & Safety policies in place, we will be able to 
organize orientation & training programs for equipment which is all ready 
in place. Keep an eye out for future announcements from our Health & Safety 
Committee regarding these opportunities.
