Sorry for the delay in this email, but the agenda for the members
meeting on the 17th will be:

1. Call to order
2. Meeting Procedure
3. Membership Hiatus
4. Membership Vetting
5. Vision for 2010
6. Bylaws (incl. Board Election Procedures)
7. Non-members in KwartzLab
8. Adjournment

Please note that items 6 and 7 were suggestions added after the initial
announcement.  It is possible we won't get to discussing them on the
17th.

If you'd like more background on any of these, ask on the members list
and one or more directors will be happy to help you.
