[KwartzAnnounce] Cleaning Schedule: Round 2

Hey Folks,

We're nearing the end of our first cleaning cycle, which means its time to 
schedule the next.

Like last time, I'm going to ask each of you to fill in any dates which are 
especially good for you in the wiki:

Unlike last time, I'm also going to ask you to fill in any dates which are 
actually bad for you. Just preface your username with the word "not".

If any week on the schedule is fine, you don't have to fill anything in; 
I'll just slot you where I need you.

If you are listing any week preferences, please try to provide more than 
one week; the more flexibility I have, the easier it is to come up with a 
schedule that works for everyone ;)

Any questions or concerns can be brought up on the mailing list, or sent to 
me personally.
