[KwartzAnnounce] 2010/2011 Board of Directors, and other updates

On Thursday, July 8, 2010, KwartzLab Society Inc. held its first Annual 
General Meeting (minutes to be posted later this month). I would like to 
thank everybody for the fantastic turn-out we received -- more than 2/3 
of the membership!

And, with no additional ado, your 2010/2011 Board of Directors:

   Alex Williams

   Cedric Puddy
   Eric Gerlach
   Paul Walker
   Robert Gissing
   Stephanie Smith

New Bylaws were also adopted at the AGM, which can be viewed here:

Board appointed the following offices:

   President: Robert Gissing
   Chair: Eric Gerlach
   Secretary: Stephanie Smith
   Treasurer: Ben Brown
