[KwartzAnnounce] New Poll: Board Election Executive Nominations

Hey folks, as some of you already know we're working on the process for 
the next board election (TBA). We're largely working off what we did 
during the MakeKW general meeting last July, however we're also running 
a poll on how the executive positions (President, Secretary and 
Treasurer) should be decided. There are two options:

a) Members should vote on executive nominations once the new board is 
elected
and
b) Let the new board handle executive nominations themselves (what we 
did last year)
