Hi everyone,

So, this past week the Board decided that we could reduce our meetings
to every other week and still have more than enough time to deal with
all the business.  As such, there is no Board Meeting this week.

We also decided that meeting on Thursday would be better, because then
we can hang at non-TON afterwards, and it frees up Wednesday in the lab.  

So, our next board meeting will be:

All are welcome as always.  It may be worthwhile to note that we will be
discussing Vetting Procedures at the next Board meeting.  Gus has a
proposal ready (which I hope he will post here), that will serve as a
good starting point for debate.  Of course, if someone else wants to
start by giving their views on the topic, feel free.

If you are interested in this topic, try to come out to the Board
meeting on the 11th.  If you can't make it, but want to have your
opinion heard at the meeting proper, send your comments to this list or
president at kwartzlab.ca, and I will read them on your behalf at the
meeting.  The discussion about Membership Vetting is near the end of the
meeting, but the topics before it will likely go very quickly, there
are just updates for most of them.
