[KwartzAnnounce] Cleaning Schedule: Cycle 3

Good evening, KwartzLabbers,

We are fast approaching the end of our second cleaning cycle, and its  
time to start scheduling Cycle 3. I will be drawing up that schedule  
sometime during the last week of May.

As always, your input helps ensure you are assigned a week which works  
for you. I urge everyone to visit the wiki, and indicate your week  
preferences (for or against):
