[KwartzAnnounce] Fire Extinguishers at the lab

Hey folks, just a heads up that I'll be taking our fire extinguishers in
to Acorn for inspection tomorrow during the day (the two we have plus
the new one I already picked up). I should have them back by the time
TON starts.

In the event of fire during this time, keep in mind there is an
extinguisher right outside Kwartzlab's doors in the wall-mounted
cabinet. I may also have one at home I can leave in the space while ours
are being inspected.
