[KwartzAnnounce] Request for Volunteers: KwartzLab Public Discussion List Moderator

[Kwartzlab Members Announce List]

At yesterday's Board meeting, we decided that its time to appoint a list
moderator for the public discussion list. This individual will be
responsible  for, well, moderating the list. That is to say, they will
be appointed, at the Board's pleasure, to monitor discourse on the list,
moderate disputes, and if necessary, decide when to suspend or ban a user.

While we don't necessarily want to see a strong hand shaping online
discourse, KwartzLab is first and foremost a face-to-face community, and
we do want to ensure that our online forums support that community.

If you are interested in acting as moderator, please contact one of the
Directors (either privately, or onlist) by April 7th.

If you have any thoughts or concerns regarding this position or the
decision to have a list moderator, please feel free to comment on the
members list.
