[KwartzAnnounce] Mediawiki login back up

Our wiki (http://kwartzlab.ca/mediawiki)  now has its own, independent 
login, thus diminishing our dependence on drupal. Whoo.

If you have ever edited our wiki, you all ready have an account on 
mediawiki, even though you didn't explicitly log in to it before. One 
was auto-magically created for you, based on your Drupal username, the 
first time you interacted with  mediawiki.

There were a couple of gotchas with these mediawiki accounts, however.

1) Mediawiki forces title-case in usernames. If your Drupal username was 
"user" than Mediawiki will have transformed that to "User".  Oddly, it 
appears that the login form will accept either form, however be aware 
that the canonical version of your username may have changed.

2) Drupal & Mediawiki salt passwords differently, so I wasn't able to 
import your Drupal passwords. As a result, everyone who all ready has a 
mediawiki account should have received a "password reset" email, which 
you can use to (you guessed it!) reset your password. You can also 
trigger this by visiting

entering in your old username, and hitting the "E-mail new password" link.

If doing this results in a message saying that the specified user does 
not exist, then that probably means you never actually used the wiki 
before, and do not yet have a mediawiki account with us. If that's the 
case, and you would like to enjoy the mad power of wiki'ing, by all 
means "create an account".

Please note that these new passwords are only for Mediawiki. Your Drupal 
password remains the same, and my understanding is that our new 
WordPress instance will keep the same Drupal passwords.
