[KwartzAnnounce] Old member re-application: Kyle Spaans!

It is with great pleasure I announce that Kyle Spaans has announced
his re-application to Kwartzlab.

Kyle Spaans was a charter member, but left the lab a year ago due to
the financial pressures of being a student without any more co-op
terms.  But! as he said in his email the other day:

> I know I haven't been a member for a while, but that's about to change as I just
> graduated, have a full-time job at RIM, and have moved to Kitchener (near
> Chicopee).

As there's a process to these things, this is your opportunity to
inform the board of your opinions of his application, vouch for his
character or raise any potential concerns.  You can do that publicly
on the member list or privately with any member of the board.  His
application will be considered by the board at the board meeting on
Monday.
