[KwartzAnnounce] New Member Applicant: Syed Shirazi

I'm pleased to announce a new member applicant, Syed Shirazi.
Today was Syed's first time at Kwartzlab, so we'll be relying on
whoever he talked to at today's TON for feedback.

After the 5 day feedback period, the board will vote on his application.

Here are my impressions of Syed. He's young, currently studying
computer science, but he has an interest in computer hardware and
electronics. He's hoping to get help with some hardware projects
and improve his hardware skills.
We talked about his interests, he mentioned building a router,
home automation, arduino, being a team lead on a high school First
Robotics team.
I mentioned our program of talks and workshops, he's interested in
participating, and had a good idea for a beginners soldering workshop.

On the membership application, for what he would do at Kwartzlab, it says:
Improve arduino / raspberry pi programming
I can share PLC and ladder logic programming.
