Hi folks!

This is your official notification of Kwartzlab's 2012 annual general
meeting on June 14th.

The agenda is posted on the wiki, as per usual:

Board election nominations are pretty much* closed.  Here's the list
of candidates:

    Andrew Mackie
    Ben Brown
    Darcy Casselman
    Doug Moen
    James Bastow
    Jonathan Lamothe
    Karl Williams
    Mark Pitcher
    Michael Davenport
    Rob Adlers

* Well, by the book, if I understand things correctly, you've got
until tomorrow. So if you've been procrastinating, get it in now (like
right now) and I guess I'll have to send out another email.

Candidates will be asked to give a short speech about what they feel
qualifies them to be on the board and what sort of direction they'd
like to take the 'lab.  No pressure, tho!  We're all friends here.

I said I'd be putting forward by-law amendments, but it turns out I
can do everything I wanted to do with board procedure.  So never mind!

As is tradition (meaning we did it last year too), we'll be holding a
potluck immediately after the conclusion of the meeting.  Please
discuss details about the potluck (what you want to bring, etc.) on
the member's list.
