Dear Kwartzlab members,

The Board of Directors of Kwartzlab Society Inc. has called a General
Meeting of the Corporation for November 28th, 2012 at 7:30 PM to be held in
the Kwartzlab Makerspace, 283 Duke St W, Unit 106, Kitchener, ON.

The agenda <http://www.kwartzlab.ca/wiki/Member_Meeting_005> for the
meeting shall be:

   1. Call to Order
   2. Approval of the Agenda
   3. Report from the President
   4. Report from the Treasurer
   5. Moving
      1. Be it resolved that the Kwartzlab Makerspace should move from the
      current 283 Duke Street West location
   6. Presentation of the Kwartzlab Location Alternatives Project 2012
   Report
      1. Presentation of the Board's preferred option
   7. Motion to accept the Board's preferred option
   8. Adjournment

The Kwartzlab Location Alternatives Project will document the locations
we've visited over the preceding few weeks and provide some options for new
locations should the membership elect to move Kwartzlab.  The board will be
selecting our preferred option at the November 26th board meeting (8:30pm
at Kwartzlab).
