[KwartzAnnounce] Proxy Voting for General Member Meeting - Please Read

Recently there's been interest in allowing proxy votes for member
meeting motions. Currently it's not permitted in our bylaws, but we'd
like to amend the agenda and change the bylaw at the beginning of next
week's meeting to allow it. This will allow those who can't make it to
the November 28th member meeting to proxy votes on the agenda motions.

We want to make sure everyone knows about this in advance so you have a
chance to proxy your votes before November 28th. It's a very important
vote that impacts the future of Kwartzlab. If you are able to physically
attend, please do.

To proxy your vote: Read the published agenda and give your votes to a
member in good standing, then inform the board (either via
bod at kwartzlab.ca or admin at kwartzlab.ca) which member will be proxying
your vote. We will provide them with an additional ballot.
