[KwartzAnnounce] new member application: Terre Chartrand

[Kwartzlab Members Announce List]

I am pleased to announce that Terre Chartrand has given her Kwartzlab
membership application today.

Terre is a former Kwartzlab artist in residence, as well as artist,
organizer, entrepreneur, and force of nature. She is well known in the KW
community,

Following standard procedure, we are soliciting comments about Terre's
membership, followed by a board vote in 5 days.
