[KwartzLab] the task of sharpening

I need an excuse to inaugurate my wet stones. I can bring them and a how to 
and we can work through it. I can also bring fine sand paper for that 
technique. We would need a piece of plate glass, which I don't have.

sharpening chisels on grinders is a big fat NO NO...i have wrecked enough to 
know this.  i can sharpen my knives but i am not that good.  maybe we can 
have someone from Lee Valley come over and show us.
