[KwartzLab] Supplies for rug/latch hooking?

I've just tried visiting Herrschner's retail location on Victoria only to
find it closed and another store in its place. (Google Street View
indicates it used to be there.)

I called the phone number for their store listed on their site and got
their mail order phone menu tree. Sadly it seems they no longer have a
physical presence in Canada.
