[KwartzLab] Speaking of Badges...

I've got a board (populated with the surface mount stuff) and a bag of
LEDs. I'm missing everything else.

As I'm not likely going to assemble mine, I'll probably donate it to
the lab for the awesome board reward bin.  But it would be nice to
have all the parts.
