A couple more organizational notes:
1 - Downtown Kitchener... 9am Saturday... Market day... Parking? Loading area?
2 - Carts/wagons/wheelbarrows to move pumpkins from vehicles to event site. Shuttling the pumpkins one at a time will be tedious, especially if #1 has a suboptimal solution. Even if it can only carry 4 pumpkins, some sort of carts will speed this up (as long as it fits through the doorways).

For potential volunteers in the trucking department, Nauman's farm is at 3250 Hessen Strasse (about 5km northwest of Waterloo) and the museum is on King Street in Kitchener, just North ("West") of Queen. There may or may not be access from Goudies Lane at the rear (see #1 above).
