[KwartzLab] Hacky Halloween publicity blitz

Oct. 29 is less than two weeks away.  We need to get the word out.

I've taken it upon myself to put the poster up on the blog:

We need people to start posting it up everywhere.

We'll also need people to contact local papers, local bloggers and
event websites, Facebook, Reddit, Kijiji and everything else.
