[KwartzLab] new kwartzlab event coördinator

We had a meeting today to discuss ways to make Kwartzlab a better
place. We all agreed that we'd like to have more talks and workshops.

In the spirit of the doöcracy, I have nominated myself as a Kwartzlab
Event Coördinator.  My job is to help remove barriers that prevent
people from giving talks and workshops at our space.

If you would like to give a talk or workshop at Kwartzlab on any
subject, you can email me or talk to me at TON, and I'll help you make
it happen.  Or if you would like to invite a guest to give a talk or
workshop, and would like an "official point of contact" at Kwartzlab,
I can help.

We decided that it would be nice to have a talk or workshop once a
month during a TON.  For now, we'll try scheduling something on the
first Tuesday of each month, and see how that goes.  However, more is
better, and events can happen on any evening, or on weekends, as long
as there is a member present.  Whatever works for you is good.
