[KwartzLab] call for Hacky Halloween volunteers (and meeting on Thursday)

You should probably enumerate specifically who you expect will be there and with what kind of vehicle, to ensure that you don't get too many "they have plenty of help, they don't need me too" no-shows. I, for instance, at some point volunteered the use of my truck, but now I'm not sure if I'm expected. It's somewhat out of the way for me, and I don't want to show up only to find 4 other big vehicles already there.

I guess the same goes for any other offers of help (I also offered to lend a bunch of pails for pumpkin guts).
