As a matter of fact yes.  Using Jame's Kick circuit, I'm thinking of 
line follower robots.  The entry fee would be around $20, which would 
include the robot and all parts to built it.  People come in and build 
their robot. Do the programming, or just load the default program on. 
Then have races, and try to optimize their hardware and software.

At the end of the day, We move into the big tool room, where a large 
racetrack would be laid out, and we have the "championship" races.

James and I have been talking and it's quite feasible. The big problem 
right now is the wheels (and time).
It's still in the initial stages, I'm going to be at kwartzlab tomorrow 
if anyone wants to drop in and talk about it.
