[KwartzLab] Creating a new page in the KWartzlab Wiki

The way I do it is: edit an existing page, adding a link to the page
you wish to create, using the syntax [[Name Of New Page]].
Then save your changes, get out of edit mode, and click on the link
you just created. You are then presented with the option to create the
page.
