[KwartzLab] Kwartzlab has a $1000 KWAwesome grant for Hacky Halloween

Congratulations to our Hacky Halloween team, especially Eric, who did
an amazing job of presenting our pitch to KW Awesome tonight (and
there was some strong competition).  We now have a $1000 grant to fund
the project, which is a community pumpkin carving and electronics
hacking event aimed at kids, to take place before Halloween at public
venue still to be decided.

The electronics component is a circuit board designed by James, onto
which kids will solder LEDs to illuminate the pumpkin.  So we are
teaching soldering skills as well as pumpkin carving skills.  The
circuit board has a micro controller, and we'll be offering a hacking
kit and instructions to interested participants, so that they can hack
their Pumpkin Card to do a variety of cool things.
