[KwartzLab] Kwartzlab has a $1000 KWAwesome grant for Hacky Halloween

Thanks Doug, but I'd like to single out one other person, James, for
designing and building the prototype in a single day (and knowing
James, it probably only took him 15 minutes or something. That's
guy's a machine)
He's off in NYC for Open Hardware Summit and Maker Faire right now,
but make sure to give him props when he gets back.
