[KwartzLab] we have a vinyl cutter

We have 3 45 degree blades, which are general purpose blades.
We also have 1 30 degree blade, used for fine detail work on thin
materials, and a 60 degree blade, used for thick materials like
flocking (but with a larger turning radius, thus lower resolution).

And we obviously need a wiki page to record all of this.
