[KwartzLab] we have a vinyl cutter

I've downloaded TuxPlot on the Ubuntu fab station.  It's a recent
release, actively maintained, unlike the ArtCut software, which is
very old.  So hopefully has better file format support.  Haven't got
it set up yet.
