[KwartzLab] The ideal Kwartzlab

I like being downtown, Kitchener or Waterloo. The closer to my house the better =P Jesting aside, good access to public transit is important, as is parking.

I would be loath to give up being on street level, or having a loading dock. A garage door would be way cool. Natural light isn't as important as I thought it would be, but I do enjoy being able to look *into* the lab from the street.

The en suite bathroom is VERY nice, but I would give it up if the building provided clean public washrooms. I wouldn't want to give up all plumbing in the unit, however. Having a sink is incredibly useful. I would LOVE to have a proper kitchen, featuring running hot water, a stove/oven, and actual counter space to work at. That's really the top of my wish list. If we had the facilities, I'd do bread baking workshops.
