we've refined this at site 3 a bit since we moved in and had more space
than stuff to fill it, and are now in the opposite situation. the ground
floor is our dirty shop area, and upstairs our
electronics/art/lounge/meeting/party area. the soldering irons were
originally downstairs, but are now upstairs as we're getting things like
the giant CNC mill and lathe.

barn doors help a lot. we couldn't have got half our equipment inside
without them.

you should also have a parking space inside for a forklift. and then get a
forklift. and let us borrow it from time to time. you can trust me driving
a forklift, i swear.
