[KwartzLab] Can we come visit on October 4th?

You can visit Kwartzlab on that date as long as you have a prior
arrangement with a Kwartzlab member to let you in. Under club rules,
you will be visiting as guests of that member.
I am a Kwartzlab member, and I am personally interested in meeting and
talking with you, and taking an hour off work to do this should not be
a problem. I am sure that other Kwartzlab members will also be
interested.
That said, it is a good idea to email me again, close to the date and
time you are coming, in order to confirm the meeting time.
