[KwartzLab] Sub-$100 HDMI monitors/TVs

Found a reasonably priced HDMI to DVI adapter at KW Surplus today ($5.99).
They only had two or three on display.
Still experiencing interface issues with Kross tablet tho', so I can't
vouch for operabilty yet.
