It looks like they are for very a different market.

I've just skimmed the info on the A10, but on the surface it looks like a hacker's/hardware developer's board that needs other components (like memory and add-on boards for video and audio which would increase the price), where the raspberry pi looks like almost an end-user solution that lacks only the enclosure. Fedora's ARM build can be run on Raspberry Pi, but I only see mention of a custom kernel for the A10. 

On the plus side for the A10 it seems to have other functionality like SATA and extra SD.
