Expect to pay quite a bit for the RJ45 strip ($45 IIRC). If you only want a few runs you might be better off getting a quad surface-mount box. Depending on where you go you can get modular jacks for a few bucks each, plus a few bucks for the box.
Check out Monoprice.com. The shipping will cost you, but the prices are low on cable, jacks, plates, etc. And since you're moving you may need other cables (power, audio, HDMI, CAT6) and Monoprice is one of the cheapest to find cables of all sorts in the length you want. You won't find anything BIX there though, so it's only an option if you want a non-bix solution.
