Maybe there is someone in the Kwartzlab community who would like to
help out with this project.
I can imagine us wanting to teach workshops for kids at Kwartzlab
using this shield; and maybe also at the upcoming Waterloo Mini Maker
Faire.
Doug.

Subject: EagleCad Help for hackerspace collaboration project…
To: cdn-hackerspaces at googlegroups.com
Se we talked a little while back about collaborating on educational
projects. I have one that I'd like some help on. It's an arduino
shield for teaching programming to kids. I've made the prototypes, but
it's time to get boards fabbed, and I simply do not have the time
right now to learn fritzing or EagleCad.
Would someone be willing to take my files and create a Gerber file
that I could send to Seeed, or somewhere similar?
Project description is here:

Rough BOM is here:

We are planning on open sourcing the hardware, and are currently
developing curriculum for it with the help on Conestoga College.
