[KwartzLab] Mailing list survey: passing along notices sent to the website

Hey guys.

>From time to time we get contacted by people via the website or
info at kwartzlab.ca telling us about stuff.

It's only a couple board members who see this.  And there's a
surprising lack of spam (possibly because that gets filtered before I
see it).  Like this week, we had a kickstarter project drop us a note
about their laser-cut bike frame holder thing that they're looking to
turn into a business (thinking hackerspaces would be good customers,
since hackerspace bike repair is a thing), and a friend of the lab
dropped us a note alerting us to an Instructables contest we might be
interested in.

We don't mind passing this stuff along.  But do you?  Fill out this survey!
