[KwartzLab] LCD Screen

The KS0108-based 128x64 displays that Andrew is using for Project Moon
work well. They're inexpensive and you can get them with or without
backlights as well as change their colour via filtering material.

They have a pretty well-rounded Arduino library for the controller, not
sure how well it would translate to a PIC.
