[KwartzLab] Getting a larger space, renting storage rooms for members -- thoughts?

As we're looking for a new space, we're exploring options about getting
a larger space than we need, but renting out large storage areas to
members (and friends of the lab) for projects. We'd like to gauge what
sort of monthly income we can generate that can go toward rent of this
larger space.

Just off the top, who would be interested in say, renting a 8x8' space
for $100/mo to keep large projects in? (aside from me).
