Darcy, I've been shopping for a similar deal as well for about a month and
a half.

I purchased a VGA & DVI 20" HP W2071d Monitor at Future Shop last Thursday
for $89.99 before tax and recycle ripoff. Unfortunately, It's not sync'ing
up with my Kross tablet HDMI port using a KW surplus kludge. I have yet to
try other HDMI sources, but HDMI is documented to be backward compatible
to DVI-D or DVI-I through the use of appropriate cable.
