[KwartzLab] Sub-$100 HDMI monitors/TVs

There's a several things I'm thinking about. Like monitors for
Raspberry Pi workshops (where speakers might be nice), little media
stations (where speakers are essential) and kiosk machines (where
speakers aren't necessary).
My questions are: Where, specifically, can you get HDMI monitors for
under $100 and, while we're at it, where are you getting DVI->HDMI
adaptors for pennies?
(I did say this was a LazyWeb question, didn't I?)
